At Photoo.AI we are committed to providing exceptional and valuable service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Service outage for more than 24 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Account access issues preventing service use for over 48 hours
  • New subscribers within 7 days if less than 10% of credits used
  • Technical issues preventing image generation despite support attempts

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Credits already used for image generation
  • Subscription cancellation after 7 days
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (subjective quality)
  • Terms of Service violation resulting in account suspension
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused credits at end of billing cycle

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Send an email to support@photoo.ai with your account details and refund reason
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  3. Documentation: Provide relevant screenshots or error messages
  4. Decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Here's what happens:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be incurred
  • Credits remain available until expiration
  • Generated images remain in your account
  • You can resubscribe at any time

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Plan downgrades
  • Unused credits
  • Partial month usage

Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle to avoid partial charges.

5. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If persistent technical issues prevent you from using the service despite assistance from our support team, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Service Changes

If we significantly reduce features or increase prices without notice, affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

Account Errors

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or system errors resulting in credit loss will be fully refunded or credited to your account.

6. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision is incorrect:

  1. Request a review by emailing legal@photoo.ai
  2. Provide additional documentation supporting your request
  3. Allow 7-10 business days for executive review
  4. Final decisions will be communicated via email

7. Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If that payment method is no longer valid, please contact support for alternative arrangements. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Photoo.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
