1. Definitions & Agreement

• "Service" refers to the Photoo.AI platform and all related services
• "Company" refers to Sevedo Co. Ltd., registered in Thailand
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using our Service
• "Content" refers to images, text, and other materials uploaded or generated
• "AI-Generated Content" refers to images created using our AI technology

2. Account Registration

To use Photoo.AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Photoo.AI only for lawful purposes. You may:

• Upload images you own or have permission to use
• Generate images for personal or commercial use (per your subscription)
• Share your generated content in accordance with these terms
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sevedo Co. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse our service or harm other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phuket, Thailand. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available in other locations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
